2) Language: Since WomenGamers.com has members of all ages, we insist that all language used in this service and on this site be and remain PG-13 rated; we will remove any bulletin board posts or uploads that contain any obscene, indecent, or offensive language or material that is disruptive, libelous, abusive, harassing, or hateful, constitutes junk mail, name-calling, or unauthorized advertising, invades another's privacy, or encourages any conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation. Any such usage may result in the termination of your rights to use this service.

(7) Other key unacceptable behavior which will result in your account's termination by WomenGamers.com:

• viruses or other destructive or expropriating content;
• disparaging anyone's products and services;
• threatening violence;
• inciting hatred and violence against segments of the population (or minority group).

9) Identification:

(a) Do not give personal information to strangers. Please use common sense. Persons met in WomenGamers.com are strangers. It is your responsibility to protect your personal information from strangers.
(b) Names: You agree as a condition to use this service that you will not and can not: use a member name or e-mail address of another person with the intent to impersonate that person. Any such usage may result in the termination of your access to this service.
